An Evening Stroll

Well this evening a few of us decided a little evening stroll and some fresh air was in order. So we went up to see what garden we would like to visit. Unfortunantly all the gardens lock down at 18:00 and here is was almost 19:00, so we decided a stroll around Petrin Park would be quite nice. We hopped on the tram and arrived at the Funicular stop, unfortunantly we just miss one, so the boys decided we should just walk up it instead. Laura and I was like, no, but we had really no choice. So we headed up to the "frog bog" and did the relaxing stroll down the hill. It was nice, since the sun was going down and there was a cool breeze. All the lights around the park were turning on for the evening, never been there when it was like that. It was quite nice at night, no wonder they call it "Lover's Park."

Well I'll be heading out tomorrow eveing to head to Ceske Budejovice for the weekend. It should be a great weekend with lots of sight seeing and visiting some castles. We are staying at Varie's Czech Buddy's house, so it should be a fairly cheap weekend as well. Varie and I will head back earlier on Sunday to attend the ballet with Laura and Iain. Well I should work on some homework and get some sleep. I have to get up early in the morning to go buy birthday cards, anniversary card, and graduation card with a Czech friend of mine. Oh and I also have to go get a sleeping bag (we found some for really cheap about 600 Kc a little over a week ago) so I have something to sleep in. I might make a post tomorrow, but if not there might be one on Sunday night or Monday night about my weekend trip. Ahoj!
