The Danish Invades Praha!

Day One Invasion:
-Picked up Vanessa and Gunnar at the train station (after I figured out which one they got off of).
-Had a run in with the Metro police guys, sorry forgot to stamp their passes! Ended up paying 500 Kc (atleast it wasn't 1000 Kc).
-The invaders went to take a nap (they have traveled a lot in the last two weeks!), while I attended Easter Vigil.
-We invaded Wenceslas Square after having the worst time finding a pub that wasn't overflowing for a beer and fried cheese sandwich from one of the numerous stands that dot Praha.
-Split up for the night, by taking the Trams home.

Day Two Invasion:
-Met up with the invaders at their hostel.
-Went to have a yummy American lunch at Bohemia Bagel (Vanessa loved this!)
-Headed up the to Hradcany (no one goes this way I guess, it was empty!) by way of the Pedestrian Tunnel.
-Toured everything in Hradcany (well except for a video, which was in Czech and an Art Gallery).
-Made our way down to Charles Bridge and also went and saw John Lennon's wall.
-Went to the Easter Market, which I have fallen in love with and will be sad to see stop this next weekend!
-Went and had their first taditional Czech Meal at the pub across the street from my Koleji.
-Watched the Princess Bride and drank Danish Beer (including Easter Beer).
-Hung out in the Student Pub with the Brits and Scots for a couple of hours.
-The invaders caught the Tram home (I forgot to tell them that they'd get dropped off at a different point, but they found their way home with the map I got them!).

Day Three Invasion:
-Picked the invaders up at their hostel.
-Headed to this yummy sandwich shop I found near the National Theatre.
-Went to TESCO to get Vanessa some Peanut Butter that won't cost her a pretty penny (or should I say Korona?).
-Went to the International Store, Culinaria, and bought some Reese Peanut Butter Cups (I haven't found these yet!) and Brown Sugar/Cinamon Poptarts!
-Invaded Petrin Hill by way of the Funicular and visited the Mini Eiffel Tower and the Mirror Maze.
-Meandered our way back down, by way of a route I have used before in my tour book.
-Invaded Vyshrad, and spent a couple of hours enjoying the change of rain to sun (that has occured for the past two days) and the fantastic views of the city!
-Wandered our way back down towards town by following the Vltava River (too bad it decided to pour on us, and we had to run for the National Theatre).
-Decided to take the Metro to try to stay a bit dry and head to Wenceslas Square for another yummy Fried Cheese Sandwich (Vanessa wonders why this isn't a big hit in the US).
-Met up with Brits and Scots for dinner at Picante (Vanessa said at this point I fulfilled her every dream! A friendly face, yummy food both American and Mexican :)
-Decided a movie would be nice for a relaxing evening, so headed back to the Koleji to check out the times for movies.
-Picked out a movie, Firewall, and hopped the Metro to Wenceslas Square.
-Enjoyed the movie, but ran out at the end, so we might both catch the last Metro home (and we did! :)

Looking down!

Vyshrad

Mirror Maze, but the fun mirrors were broken :(

New fountain turned on!

Didn't know this was a fountain too!

Day Four Invasion:
-After little hassle, invaders finally reach me at my Metro end.
-Ended up invadeing Delvita, to grab some grub for their lunch (didn't have time to eat anywhere).
-Arrived at the Bus Stop the same time as the Airport Bus and hopped on to head to the Prague's Airport.
-Invaded Prague's Airport (which I absolutely love!) and got them checked in and said our goodbyes!

šťastnou cestu! - Bon Voyage!
